      For all items that need to be returned, we kindly ask that you keep the goods in unused, intact and original condition, with all original packaging, accessories and attached labels retained completely. This standard helps us ensure smooth subsequent processing of your application and protect the legitimate experience rights of all users. Once you find that the item is inappropriate, defective or inconsistent with your expectations, you can take the initiative to contact our after-sales team to initiate a return consultation. Our staff will try their best to respond to your demand quickly and provide you with targeted return guidance.
      After we receive and inspect your returned items to confirm they meet the return standards, we will start the subsequent refund or exchange process as soon as possible. For partial special customized items, special-purpose goods and disposable products that cannot be resold secondarily, we will not support return and refund services based on industry general service principles, and we will clearly remind you of relevant special provisions during the pre-order consultation stage.
      Regarding the relevant expenses incurred during the return process, we will reasonably distinguish the responsible party. If the return is caused by our side’s item quality problem, delivery error or other service problems, we will bear the corresponding return-related expenses as much as possible; if the return is due to personal preference change, unnecessary purchase or other personal reasons, the relevant expenses shall be borne by the user.
