TERMS OF SERVICE

      1. General Statement
      These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") apply to all users who access and use the online service carrier and related interactive functions. By browsing, accessing and using the service, you fully acknowledge and agree to abide by all the provisions stipulated in these Terms. If you do not accept any clause of these Terms, you shall immediately stop using all related services. The service provider reserves the right to adjust and optimize relevant service rules in due course according to actual operation situations, and will try its best to notify users of major changes through effective display channels.
      2. User Eligibility & Registration Specifications
      Users who use the service shall be natural persons with full civil capacity or legal entities that can independently bear corresponding responsibilities. When users complete identity verification and service activation operations, they shall guarantee that all submitted personal and institutional information is true, accurate and complete. The service provider will endeavor to protect users' private information and data security in the whole process of service use. Users shall be solely responsible for all behavioral operations conducted under their independent service access credentials, and shall not authorize third parties to illegally use their access qualifications.
      3. Service Usage Rules
      The service provider provides users with open online transaction matching, service consultation, order linkage and other generalized interactive service functions, covering all types of conventional commodity and service transaction scenarios without category restriction. Users shall use the service in a legal and standardized manner, and shall not use the service carrier to carry out fraudulent, malicious disturbance, illegal publicity, infringement of others' legitimate rights and interests and other improper behaviors. The service provider will try its best to maintain the stable operation of the service system, but does not promise that the service will be completely uninterrupted, error-free or fully secure at all times.
      4. Service Adjustment & Suspension
      In view of system maintenance, function iteration, risk control and other objective factors, the service provider may adjust, suspend or terminate part or all of the service functions appropriately. For temporary service abnormalities caused by objective reasons, the service provider will endeavor to complete troubleshooting and recovery as soon as possible. The service provider shall not be liable for service interruption or function adjustment caused by force majeure, third-party system failures and other uncontrollable factors.
      5. Liability Exclusion & Risk Prompt
      Users clearly acknowledge that the use of online interactive services has inherent network technical risks, including but not limited to network delay, system failure, data transmission deviation and other objective problems. The service provider will try its best to optimize the service experience and reduce risk losses, but shall not bear indirect losses such as user income reduction, expected benefit loss and business impact caused by objective service abnormalities. Users shall independently bear the decision-making risks of all transaction and interaction behaviors in the service scenario.
      6. Supplementary Provisions
      These Terms constitute the entire service agreement between the user and the service provider, replacing all previous oral and written agreements related to the service. If individual clauses of these Terms are deemed invalid or unenforceable due to objective reasons, the remaining clauses shall still remain fully effective. The service provider will try its best to interpret and solve all disputes arising from service use through friendly negotiation.
